You may qualify for a clinical research study if you:

  • Are over the age of 18
  • Have a diagnosis of Eczema or Atopic Dermatitis
  • Have Eczema on at least 10% of your body (for example, the front and back of one arm and hand are equal to about 10% of your body, the upper back is about 9% of your body)

VOLUNTEERS WHO TAKE PART IN THE STUDY WILL BE COMPENSATED PER VISIT FOR TIME AND TRAVEL.

About Atopic Dermatitis

Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis) is a chronic condition that makes the skin red and itchy. Atopic Dermatitis (or Eczema) tends to be more common in children, but people of any age are susceptible to this condition.1 There is no cure, but there are numerous treatment options available such as topical creams or ointments. There are other self-care tips that one can use in order to combat the symptoms, such as keeping the skin moisturized and avoiding harsh soaps and creams.

Symptoms to look out for are:

  • Dry skin
  • Thick, cracked or scaly skin
  • Red or brown/grey patches on the skin
  • Itching (usually more severe at night)
  • Bumpy "chicken skin"
